I'm Going HOME to my Family

After three long years of working in the capital city of my dear country Philippines, I had a chance to go home and visit my native town in Tagcatong, Carmen Agusan del Norte.  I am very excited to have a vacation this coming April in my province.  I will attend the wedding of my eldest sister on April 28 and enjoy my vacation with my family.  My sisters and I really are late bloomers when it comes to finally deciding to get married.  Our parents used teased us asking a question with a sigh, "kanus-a kaha mi makakita sa among apo ani" when can we see a grand children of ours?  Now, finally their wish of having grand children of their own will come true.

I am used to living away from my family, but now I misses them so much.  I'll make sure that during my vacation, ill spend quality time with them coz every second spent with them counts.  My last vacation was year 2007 and I noticed how my parents aged, especially my mom.  I was wondering that life is really short, and as long as I still have time to show and tell them how much I love them, I'll do.

All of us have different personalities, different interests and hobbies, but what is common to us is we enjoy the company of each other... We enjoy hanging out, talking and laughing out loud... Sharing and learning from each others experiences, crying together and dreaming together...
